If you are building a new home or business, fees will be assessed after a minimum 24 hour review (business will take longer).

Please complete the following form and submit to our office a small set of 11 x 17 project plans (for our records), along with a large set of project plans to be stamped for the City of Port Aransas, in order to begin the new construction process:

2. Project plans can be emailed to our office in a PDF form.

With the submitted forms and a large set of project plans NCWCID4 will begin the review process of 24 hours.  After review, fees can be paid and plans can be collected.

A construction meter and water consumption is for construction use only.  Construction meters are temporary and permanent installation requires a new application.

A service fee of $45.00 and a security deposit of $1100.00 are required for possible damage to the fire hydrant and for payment of the bill.  The deposit is refundable upon discontinuance of service, return, and inspection of the meter and fire hydrant by District Personnel.

Automatic bank draft occurs on the fifteenth of every month or the following business day.

Please complete the following in order to establish automatic bank draft:

2. Copy of Voided Check

TCEQ Rules and Regulation for Public Water Systems require that the backflow prevention device for your irrigation system be tested on an annual basis.

Our office must be provided with copies of the test results or the District will hire a qualified tester which will result in testing and administration fees to be billed to your account.
