ASSISTANT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR

Duties Include: Manual labor following best practice routines directed by Chief Operator during repair, maintenance, and state mandated testing of wastewater treatment facilities serving the Port Aransas area. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Rotating on call required after education and licensing requirements.

Must possess High School diploma or GED, valid Texas driver’s license with driving record that meets District guidelines, and be able to pass background check.

Starting wage minimum of $23.08 with comprehensive benefit package.
